sometimes they fix the on the surface issue but ignore real problem, so today can be okay, but few months down the road the problem happens again.

my taman here got one road the tar always erode due to some pipe water issue, so what they do is just pave the tar again, but whenever there is heavy rain, water from the pipes below just ruin the road again. been like this many years already. i also give up on malaysia.
