Not at Lily pad or Tempat babi....further in after the junction to lily pad..

That would be my target spot at Rantau

For Bandar Bahru, i wanna try the one on our right, big donut shaped with a patch of weeds in the middle...

sis sweet.. its the same thing like fishing.. reels.. prawn rods and small hooks.. the differents is the setup and the timing to reel in the prawns..sometimes you will get excited when you see the rod bend.. but in actual fact.. its only pulling your bait to its mouth using its pincers.. very exciting one.. guaranteed a bite within 2 minutes.

Stratus bro.. 1kg for 3 hours .. quite good already leh.. but pond 3 there they stock quite huge prawns..

Bro Ice, do i need to strike the hook which it's pulling? when is the right timing to reel in the prawns? a bite 2 min? bite only lah, doesnt means willl hook up is it? hmm...

when there's bite.. meaning that there are chances of hookup lor.. it all matters the timing only.. u have to think like a fish. (this is what tetek always say) hahah.

now.. think like a prawn.. imagine you saw food and you use your hands (prawn pincers) then you put the food into your mouth.. how long does it take?? its the same thing here. imaged after the rod bend a bit.. give it about 5 - 10 seconds.. a light and gentle hook up will do.. very fun.. alot of ppl go prawning also one.. plus got chance to win jackpot mah..

no need to strike like fish.. just lift up your rod and let the hook set in.. it you strike like fish.. 2 possible situation here.

1) the hook penetrate and goes through the prawn and you come back empty handed..

2) the prawn fly out of the pond directly to you hahaha
