Hi, I just purchased Listerine Total Care for the first time. Less intense which has no alcohol.

Previously, I used Listerine Antiseptic Original with alcohol. I had no issues using those but decided to change for non-alcohol mouthwash.

After a few days of using Listerine Total Care less intense, both my cheeks got tender to touch and slightly swollen.

I've done some reading and possible is it swollen parotid gland. Is it a concern and should I throw the Listerine for other products?

Will it go away on its own? I have no nearby clinics or pharmacy that I can refer to.
Since EMCO implemented, I can't go too far.
