Hi Sifus,

My pc cant boot up, after the windows logo either it restarts or the attached bsod come up.

The BSOD Stop Code: Page Fault In Nonpaged Area
What Failed: win32k.sys

Things that i have tried:
1, startup repair

2, buy new ram

3, most of the solution to solve 'Page Fault In Nonpaged Area' frm here https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-fi...s-10,36234.html

4, boot in safe mode to remove latest driver update installed, then use Driver Easy software to make sure all drivers updated.

What else can i do to diagnose what is the problem?

Below are my pc specs for reference.

MB- MSI B350 PC Mate
Proc- AMD Ryzen 5 1400
Ram- 16gb (8+8)
Graphics- Nvidia geforce GT 730

put ram to default 2400mhz and monitor and see if it still happens.

Hi, thanks for your reply, i tried putting ram to default 2400 but its stillthe same.

I have also tried the reset pc option, but i select keep files option.

Then possible windows corrupted beyond repair. Try reformat. After reformat do chkdsk. Ryzen 1400 is like almost 4 years. Nearing the end of an SSD lifecycle.

I tried reset with removing all files, but still same, after the install the boot up after windows logo still blank...
