Any streamyx/unifi lite users ?

So my dad called in Unifi guy to fix our internet problems and they claim router is broken, Today new router came in and still no connection. Router says "Network cable is uplugged" so does that mean this whole time its not the router but their line ? Also how's your experience with streamyx/unifi lite lately.

Did the technician not check the line after replacing the router?

Here usual is their line problem when called up they first check the box and outside line and they fix it.
Very seldom they come to home unless your modem really got problem.
