Anyone seller faced this issue before ?

My item is below 1kg, they charged RM100+ for the shipping fee

Asked them to check with the logistics, they keep giving me reply about the shipping fee promotion i set, which is RM4 only

Live chat agent and email not helping at all too

If any seller faced this issue before, did they refund back the overcharged shipping fee ?

I seen someone sell durian don't remember if Lazada or Shopee. Delivery fee is set at over 1k

Item is small too, im sure they overcharged, as all the previous order is only charged RM4.66 for delivery, only this order is charged RM100+

Unless your product specification is too big or too heavy, shouldn't reach that high. I recently purchased weight plates up to 25kg also not that expensive the shipping. For sellers, shipping price should be automatic after you include the product specification unless if you use your own courier.
