Hi guys, any idea where is Xiao mi service center for handphone? I need to replace my battery.

from Mi page -> https://www.mi.com/my/service/ -> it show it is located at lowyat

once click on the Mi page for its address, it show no lowyat -> https://www.mi.com/my/service/repair/

while google show it at amcorp mall

Some page even show at mid valley.

Thus anyone know where is the real xiaomi service center for handphone?

And any idea if hey are open?

lowyat tutup liou, now all Xiaomi service center sub-con to 3rd party, which located at amcorp. Can't remember what name

they close during MCO in case you plan to go until now my poco cant send back for warranty really unlucky haih

Mid valley no battery stock... need to wait 2 weeks after requested to pay full amount in advance.

How much it cost to replace battery?

RM125 and only come with 1 month warranty.
While Huawei is cheaper depending on phone.. and with 3 months warranty.

Any idea how long it will takes to replace the battery at the amcorp xiaomi service centre?

Well.. this is the service center lousy part as compare to proper Huawei service center..
It take about an hour.. then the queuing system is an issue.. unrelevent or wrong person that take the tickets first will be entertained first.. Thus my experienced total more than 2 hours.. as the customer's phone not ready.. but she insist waiting at the counter... jam up the queue cannot proceed.

Background:
My Mi 11 Ultra suddenly blank screen when I tried to unlock the phone using fingerprint. I can go into FastBoot mode. Was able to Recovery Mode and tried reboot into Safe Mode - still blank screen.

Now cannot get into Safe Mode. Normal reboot show Mi logo then blank screen.
