Do you have pulse oximeter  at home?  It will help to measure the blood oxygen saturation level.
About a year ago -  my mother was  been diagnosed with COPD.  She has been admitted several times to the hospital -  and to  a point in which one doctor recommend my mother to be equipped with an oxygen  concentrator.

But -  luckily,  the condition got better -  she managed to stay off oxygen concentrator up until now.  Nowadays her blood  oxygen saturation level  is around 90%.  She still have a hard time to move around without catching a breath,  but she is method somewhat compared to last year

Hi thanks for the feedback and hope your mum getting better. Its actually my folks too, she got admitted to hospital twice last month due to thick phlegm stuck at her throat causing difficulties in breathing. The doctor diagnose her as bronchitis and gave her medicine to eat, but the phlegm still there giving her hard time. Most of the time she didnt eat too and only drink Enercal... where did your mum get her advice from ?
