TS, you might not find GIMP a powerful tool like Photoshop, but I would say, why go for extra miles when all you wanna do is just simple maneuver, so I would like to echo those who mentioned GIMP. And if you somehow looking for something Adobe Illustrator, then I would suggest Krita
