i am going to purchase ipod touch from amazon and there is 2 diff price for the 16gb. it state the diff occurs because 1 is with software upgrade and the other don have. can i know what the software upgrade is? it state Software upgrades are available via iTunes for £12.99. i thought we can always upgrade thru itunes which is free?? anyone please explain it to me. thanks

just get my ipod touch 16gb few days ago thru ebay.. together with invisible shiled cost me 180GBP ( Rm1,166.22 ). but now i quite regret, i suppose to get the 32 gb instead of 16gb...
