hey guys, morgan is already selling the new ipods, any idea when shops in low yat will be selling? because if i buy from morgan and resell it, at least i can tell my customers that the ipod not yet come out in malaysian stores rite?

The price of the new Nano is awesome. Way cheaper compared to Sony's video walkman. But the new Nano look weird. Dun u guys think so? Be a neutral consumer for a while n give me a honest answer.

Actually, it's a new look, lol. ppl just cant accept it first, like some early sneakers, when it's just been launched, everybody said NO NO NO to this kind of design, after all, those models were sold out like hot cake and become DS.

i think the new nano is cute, a bit too thin though, looks fragile. but havent seen it IRL so cant judge it, but from the look, i dont think it is weird. there's more weird looking mp4 players out there.

the ipod touch is already in stores here???

EDIT : Oh, next month...WTH its still much earlier than the iphone!

lol, yes, you can see most of the computer vendors selling weird looking mp4 players in JB as well.

I think you should really go look at the REAL thing in Mac store or Machines, it looks freaking AWESOME. The titanium finish is just amazing, especially the black one and the red one(although I only saw the picture of this colour). The screen itself is pure class, crystal clear. But I have to admit when I first saw those pictures in the keynote, I was like "EWWW what is this sh!t" and after touching + seeing it live I went to "OMG this is DA BOMB". Apple should really take down the fugly pictures, I want the Product(RED) edition...

Seems that the only way to get the Nano "Red" is to buy thru on-line in S'pore Apple website and I think you need a S'pore address for that purpose.

correct. No resellers can order stock of any Product (RED) iPods...

the ipod nano 8gb is really tempting me especially the black and white(or may be silver) colour. the price is good coz it can play video. should i get it or should i wait for i touch and compare it? i touch is nice too, but it is bigger to carry around. classic ipod is 1499 for 160gb. that's a huge amount of space for that price.

high chances i will get nano. The user who bought it, Digital_Mall any helpful feedback about nano?

what should i do?? going nuts here. pls help me decide...hehe

Maybe this has been mentioned earlier, but a note for those considering the new iPod Nano and Classic. The TV out feature has been locked on these iPods, you can only enable them with some special docks or cabling coming soon from Apple and the other accessory makers.

I bought my Nano 4GBat Mac Studio yesterday. Is already out at Mac Apple retail store. Apart from that Classis ipod also out

Buy From SG = RM1,140
Buy From AU = RM1,200

So, if you are going there or your parents going those places, ask them buy for you from there, and maybe throw the box away so that won't kena customs tax.

The easiest for me is ask my JB fren to get it (targetting the 16GB touch) from SG and grab it from him the next time he comes down to KL.
