i know, what bout other applications and web that need Flash player and Java ?

I'm glad you know that.For the time being, flash-based pages will have the flash part of it disabled, or a prompt to download a web flash plugin will appear, which would not be compatible with mobile Safari. Wanted to see what's on at TGV , but can't even go into the page.

Guys sorry but I have another question about the iTunes Music Store. How to you buy the music? Is it by credit card? Any credit card also can ah?

Those with Installer 3.xx on your Touch, you may or may not face this. I had it for a while just now, but i guess the repository's fixed right now. Do not install the Installer update or you may find yourself rolling back to the old version although both are marked Beta. The same case happened with Summerboard a few days back , which also rolled back to the old version, which made the icons on the Dock jumped to the top and stay stucked there.

A Starbucks she frequents gave her two "Song of the Day" redeem code cards for her latte purchase, the same tunes been playing on the airwaves in that Starbucks. Inputted the codes and two free songs off iTunes. Makes you wanna keep fueling that caffeine addiction doesnt it?

gonna send my touch back for a one on one exchange due to dead pixels.. need to make it back to factory status ...

How many dead pixels do you have? I've one white dead pixel on black screen background. Is that a dead or stuck?

At least 4 dead pixels are entitled for one on one change.

Restore it back via iTunes, jobs done. Thank God my Touch is still pimpleless. *touchwood*

i've got 3 dead pixels or maybe i missed a few around..called up the shop and they arranged a one on one exchange for me...

string: so I don't need to go through the "hold home button + power button" procedure ? just click on the restore button on itunes thats it ?

how long can the battery last? mine consume very fast...and do u turn off the player after listening to music or just turn off the screen?

mine could play 12hrs of music continuously with wifi and screen turned off...
for normal usages it could last for a few days with normal music listening and a few video playback

I've a problem with my Touch. I set my video to play videos to: From Beginning. But it always play videos a little ahead of 10-20 seconds. A bug or a problem?

so u dint turn off your ipod completely? you just off your screen everytime you stop listening?

is there different in battery life in iphone and ipod touch?

I remember one of the iPhone's (i'm speaking of iPhone because the touch is on same platform, too) pre-launch advertisements entitled "Water Down", proudly told us that the Internet experience on the iPhone "is not a water-down internet, is not a mobile internet....it is just Internet Internet".

After all, it runs on Mac OS X. It must be powerful. And later on we found out that this browser could even handle flash... =.="
