credit limit to high. call bank to lower it. if oversea purchasing no OTP send to hp.
if the purchase involves huge sum of money, the bank will detect the unauthorised transaction. they will call.
happened to me me many timez. i think bank has replaced my cards more than 10 times.
i noticed this occurred after i made overseas online payments. last time.,before covid19 outbreak, usually happened after hotel check out.
now i only use 1card for online shopping and 1 for backup in case the former is blocked.
