1st time pregnant, my EDD will be fall on Dec 2021.
Now I’m looking for confinement centre.
I saw many of their package also got included the postnatal massage / chiropractic adjustment.
Just wonder if end up I’m c-sec, can I still take all these massage?
Any mommy c-Sec and do postnatal or chiropractic adjustment during ur confinement month?
