Planning to get heat insulation for my home because the window is facing west.

Anyone heard of this kind of rare earth insulation film which is applied onto the window?
It's called EASYTO1098 Rare Earth Insulation.
Saw this kind of product in a China renovation show and wonder whether this products is selling in Malaysia?
http://www.easyto1098.com/

Or anyone has any better suggestion for heat insulation film?
Been looking for insulation which does not create alot of color difference between indoor and outdoor and at the same time reject most heat and UV at a reasonable budget.

Not sure how much heat can be dissipated from the tinting as the wall will 'release' heat after sunset.

A higher hp AC will help to cool the rooms faster.

3M or ecotint home tint will have clear tint which is good performing IRR and doesn't give too much colour variation.
