that grade salary range is berapa?

Why not, got pencen and only need goyang kaki every month. Salary confirm increase every year. Easy to make loan with less rate summore.

isnt salary capped at RM5k++ something for that grade?

at your age, I would assume you have far bypass this salary, so I am not sure if you would want to downgrade

then again it is not like gov will offer you 5k salary

Nope if u work long enough even though just still in gred 41, u can reach max at 9k salary.. startin with 2300.. yearly increment rm225.. in 29 year of service u can get that.. if la.. o wai

my salary already 15k, doing technical work, weak on management side.

if join as pegawai F41, mostly managerial work.

Why would they?
If they are a dick, Not like they could get fired or something.
Work hard also no use not like there's a prestasi bonus
The whole system is rigged so they couldn't care less about anything.
