Nope. Thanks God my unit sound insulation is superior. Shutting the windows terminate the external noise almost completely. Also due to the low number of unit per floor, everyone is very conscious on the noise level.

Nope. I don’t think so. It is the conventional powder coated aluminium frame window with very good sealant all round the frame. When closed, there is no gap for noise transmission. Also it is tinted, though the main purpose is to cut down UV and heat penetration, but it somehow helps with the noise reduction too.

I got it bad too. It sounded like heavy footsteps thumping throughout the day..my unit shakes. I complaint and management mcm cant do anything also
