hi all the pro's out there, need adv on purchashing the olympus u790 or U770w. any suggestion about this 2 model?
both specs almost the same but just the new 790 have the face detection technology only. is it worth buying 1 of these model ? any suggestion and comment ? pls help thank you very much.thank you

i plan to buy 790sw also...but i think the waterproof for 790 just 3ft while 770 is 10ft. 1 thing i like about the 790 is that it has dust/sand proof..so no worries when go to the beach. and i love the funky colour too. need advice from people who own it for the photo quality. thx!

Olympus cameras usually produce more natural colours and are nearer to the actual scene by default. If you prefer more vivid pictures, you need to bump up the saturation.

If you already decided to buy one of the Olympus model above, i would suggest to go for the 790 which has the face detection technology. Just my suggestion, you can survey Canon Ixus model as well.
