Something worth trying as it's helped me.

In APN Settings, edit the one in use - should be unet.

Scroll down to APN Protocol and change it to just IPv4 instead of IPv4/IPv6.

Don't forget to save it.

Maxis has a terrible implementation of NAT64 which I think is causing this problem.

Is your connection more stable now?

I was getting it mostly with Spotify + Waze - not with IPv4 it works perfectly.

The APN option is not available in iPhone unfortunately.

My issue has been solved after complaining to MCMC.

They reset my profile, something abt a public IP.

It’s working fine now

Yep began with support ticket - just force them to reset your profile and remove Public IP.

 

Change to:
