I have tried from many different locations, all the same problem....when transitioning from WiFI to mobile data, 4g is showing on my phone but no internet connection.
You can always turn on airplane mode and off .....This is definitely not normal!

And yes it's normal practice, even u call in also this is most likely they'll tell u to do.....
Instead of wasting time call in why not just try the above? Im sure save much time and energy
