sure can success one, this is like community mall concept, it serve mainly the people around the area only and since semenyih broga dont have one something like this will succeed.
you all lifestyle always focus too much on car lar, all this while drive far (30-45 mins) to malls in the norm already, back when only got a few "good" malls like pyramid, 1U, MV, KLCC etc. but now the trend is every area will have its own mall so people dont have to run so far for mall things. the problem is that we are looking at all the malls opening in KL from a car ownership perspective, you drive 1 hour can go from one end of klang valley to the other end d thats why feel like dont need more malls. but from perspective of taking bus, train, walk, 1 hour range cant go far can barely get out of your immediate town so thats what is the point of all this new malls. just that pedestrian and public transport infra not catching up only if speaking from a central KL perspective then ya way too many mall, already got KLCC, farenheit, pavi, velocity, mytown then still adding TRX mall, PNB118 mall, BBCC its too much. but greater KL still got alot potential, thats why got malls like central i-city, KL east mall, IOI city mall extension, semenyih, pavi bukit jalil etc all got mall developing. imo places like kepong, klang, kajang, seri kembangan all those still got potential for malls also This post has been edited by adriankan: Jun 19 2021, 08:13 PM |

Agreed. New mall is always a welcome compared than new Aeon. It just losing out the attractiveness to the crowds. My example is the largest and latest Nilai Aeon. Its big but after a year it becomes as regular Aeon. you all lifestyle always focus too much on car lar, all this while drive far (30-45 mins) to malls in the norm already, back when only got a few "good" malls like pyramid, 1U, MV, KLCC etc. but now the trend is every area will have its own mall so people dont have to run so far for mall things. the problem is that we are looking at all the malls opening in KL from a car ownership perspective, you drive 1 hour can go from one end of klang valley to the other end d thats why feel like dont need more malls. but from perspective of taking bus, train, walk, 1 hour range cant go far can barely get out of your immediate town so thats what is the point of all this new malls. just that pedestrian and public transport infra not catching up only if speaking from a central KL perspective then ya way too many mall, already got KLCC, farenheit, pavi, velocity, mytown then still adding TRX mall, PNB118 mall, BBCC its too much. but greater KL still got alot potential, thats why got malls like central i-city, KL east mall, IOI city mall extension, semenyih, pavi bukit jalil etc all got mall developing. imo places like kepong, klang, kajang, seri kembangan all those still got potential for malls also Be it a new mall like IOI, it keep attracting crowds to went there even after more than a year. |

QUOTE(Quang1819 @ Jun 19 2021, 07:36 PM) All you fellas said its located in ulu place. surely its freaking ulu when you're comparing it with KL. People went to Ioi Putrajaya for kajang/Bangi folks. Last time it happened to be with Alamanda mall. The mall is strategically built to cater residents in Kajang and Semenyih (SP's EcoHill and EcoWorld's) lah The nearest proper mid tier mall to Kajang would be Leisure Mall and EkoCheras. That they have to travel for nearly half an hour to reach. With this built those M40 and T20 could easily shop there with lesser crowd is much more convenient. Went also to EkoCheras. Outside looks new and modern but inside it just a regular shop. |

I live about 10min from the mall and I agree, it's definitely needed for the area, there's just not enough options for us. And I think it's good that it's open air, especially in this covid era where you need good ventilation and more outdoor dining options.
I know Lulu Hypermarket is opening here next year, and I've seen some new banners of shops under renovation. Definitely a welcomed addition for us living here. |

They really need huge investors to make that township boom!
Not to say that they also need huge spenders! Without this two, theyre gonna fail liao Takes time, how long only god knows Just my 2cents P/s: even Publika doesnt start well, maybe only after 2-3years shops start booming thanks to BIG, it brought up the success of that place This post has been edited by yarusaru: Oct 22 2021, 02:38 PM |
