Yes. Lurk moar around Lowyat can get bundle with 3070 for 3k+ right now - still rare but it's happening.

The closest to MSRP (though not single purchase) for 3070 is a possibility now.

It will take sometime to reflect globally and in here too, but it's looking better daily.
