End so short!
So beside the leak, the new added are - Widget can expand to full screen. - Introducing Microsoft Teams ? lol - Android apps in Windows - I like this. - New Microsoft Store Look - promoting of Disney+ Haha! - Xbox Pass - can Microsoft still be trust, or same like previous scrap later. - Auto HDR in games, this include older games. They not talk about it is free upgrade, I think it is not as Microsoft ask you go buy Windows 11 ready PC. I think it won't be free upgrade in this case. QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 24 2021, 11:53 PM) Compare to Apple and Google, their presentation like shit Good to know it is free.Microsoft Teams like copying Apple, can facetime everywhere As for xbox pass, if only if available in Malaysia, I am tired on getting a PS5 And yes, is free upgrade to all Windows 10 user, there no deadline to upgrade (according to Windows Central) >> https://www.windowscentral.com/windows-11 Guess will on hold at least 1 or 2 months then only upgrade The presentation preparation - big fail, buffering so bad at beginning! my goodness! The presentation leader - I think he not sleeping well, he can talk and stuck from time to time. This is pre-record, why not record it again! Very boring presentation in overall. The best presentation still always Apple. Always well prepared and great preparation nor-matter is live or pre-record. Microsoft Teams is long there, it was replacement of Skype after Microsoft acquired Skype. The performance was crap if compare with Zoom and my company only authorize to use Microsoft Teams. QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 25 2021, 12:15 AM) That why a lot people complain their video stream buffering in Twitter Yalo and totally agreed Microsoft Teams is crap and keep changing the interface design without informed and you cannot change back to previous design. In short, whole presentation is boring And yes, Teams software performance like crap, that why I prefer to use the website to access it, unless wanna share screen then force to use Teams software Microsoft really make TPM 2.0 is minimum requirement! My PC only show support after I enable fTPM at Bios!!! Off course if current hack still working and that hack only work from installing from ISO image with one file from Windows 10 ISO to prevent check of TPM. PC Health Check for Windows 11 requirement - https://mspoweruser.com/microsoft-windows-p...k-windows-11-2/ https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win...ows_app_omc_win Check your PC Windows Security is another option to know TPM 2.0 is support or not. QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 25 2021, 04:02 PM) Very sorry to hear about that, in that case the only way was install using hack method or change PC.https://winaero.com/how-to-install-windows-...ithout-tpm-2-0/ This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Jun 25 2021, 04:13 PM |

QUOTE(noos @ Jun 25 2021, 04:09 PM) If your Bios don't have option to turn on fTPM or TPM, then probably the only way was using hack method to install.Certain MB allow to buy the TPM 2.0 dedicated chipset and plugin to support. https://winaero.com/how-to-install-windows-...ithout-tpm-2-0/ This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Jun 25 2021, 04:15 PM |

QUOTE(PJng @ Jun 25 2021, 05:30 PM) I think similar price as Windows 10 and not too over cost than Windows 10, else everybody just grab Windows 10 and update later.QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 25 2021, 06:46 PM) On top andrew already posted it how to do so Haha! Current way Microsoft implementing TPM 2.0 requirement is useless, if Microsoft ready want to make this TPM 2.0 is a must, they need to do detection after installation as well.Ya true, if they are not going to do, I foresee this windows 11 will be failure like vista and 8 As a lot people say, every 2 windows OS sure got popular and not popular one XP (popular) > vista (not popular) > 7 (popular) > 8 (not popular) > 10 (popular) > 11 (??) |

QUOTE(TOS @ Jun 27 2021, 05:33 PM) Hmm fair. It is happened on Windows 10 and you can choose not to sign-in.I can't whether remember the same applies to my upgrade from W7 to W10 years back. It worked smoothly and if I recalled correctly I created a MS account too then requested to delete the account upon upgrade. Now I have to do it again... Windows 11 still can but for Pro edition only. TOS liked this post

QUOTE(yvliew @ Jun 29 2021, 10:17 PM) Just updated windows 11 insider today. So far so good. I just find the settings for volume and changing sound source is not that straight forward. Too many steps compared to windows 10. I just check and same step for Windows 11 and Windows 10. Total 2 step.Windows 11 Windows 10 This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Jun 30 2021, 01:43 AM |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 30 2021, 01:25 AM) Ya it do got bugs, at earlier I face graphics glitch issue where wording or icon keep flickering. Lucky it was solved - issue my both monitor auto set by Windows 11 where one is SDR, another is HDR.Later I notice and set both to HDR and problem solved. Lucky, haha! Now seems stable except some none finish feature or icon apps missing at search apps. XeactorZ liked this post

QUOTE(yvliew @ Jun 30 2021, 04:11 AM) Thanks for the tips. Totally don’t see that arrow as more options. Looks more like move vol up. Moving to left. This should be a design flaw. I guess arrow pointing down would make more sense. Haha! You are welcome, agreed should put as arrow down instead of arrow left. |

QUOTE(1024kbps @ Jun 30 2021, 10:20 PM) this reminds me early jump ship to Windows 8/8.1(Win 10 alpha lol), trust me, there will be windows 11.1 or 12. Seriously? It is only 1 to 2 seconds wait to open Windows 10 Windows Explorer in my older year 2016 laptop.Windows 10 itself already slow to crawl but ms just keep pushing update without optimization. Open windows explorer took more than 10 sec on 3700x which is absolute dog shat For new PC, it was instant in Windows 10 or Windows 11. You should check your hard drive, it might probably dead soon. QUOTE(frantic912 @ Jul 8 2021, 09:23 PM) They is still some bugs and unfinished implementation. One serious bugs is on right click the documents will flashing and sometimes unable to choose the function you want to continue, currently this can be solve by changing to double click instead of single click. But for stability wise, it is unbelievable stable in 1st dev. beta. This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Jul 9 2021, 10:29 AM |
