Yeap ... RP compiled from UUP Dump ... so far quite stable ... it's missing some features from the rolled out Stable, but the missing features is very minimal ... and with Schneegan's autounattended, it feels much more responsive than ever ...

Goodbye Control Panel, All Windows System Settings Will Go to "Settings"

From the first time I used a Windows computer, as far back as I can remember it was Windows XP – all system settings had to be done through the Control Panel. Until today, even since Windows 8 there has been a Settings application - Control Panel is still used. Finally after many years, Microsoft has decided to end support for Control Panel. On Microsoft's customer service page, the article System configuration tools in Windows has been updated with the new fate of the Control Panel. Microsoft is currently moving all system settings into the Settings application for more modern use and Settings will be a local hub for all Windows system controls. For now, the Control Panel is still included because there are many more features and functions that have not yet been transferred to Settings. At the same time, Microsoft encourages users to try to use Settings fully so that later it will be easier to get used to using a Windows computer without the Control Panel.

Goodbye Control Panel.

Is it hard to use W11 explorer? I only find it annoying about the cut/move and paste being transform into icon.

Coming from Windows 7, W11 is a fresh breath of air... at first there are a lot of annoyance but once you get used to it, actually no big deal. At least stability wise is much better.

If there is one thing that I think needed serious attention from MSFT, it would be networking panel which sucks compared to the network center in the old control panel. The new one is absolutely horrendous and like a maze, trying to figure where to find option to disable certain things like IPV6 or trying to check the IP address when using DHCP.

Google for SysMinion and download it, then open the tool select Provisioned App .. goto Microsoft Office and uninstall it, reboot then done .. SysMinion also have extra tools and features to remove other bloatwares like Solitaire, Help, Cortana, compress system files, enable classic Safe Mode bla bla bla .. and be extra careful when using it

Microsoft Remote Desktop is now called Windows app. At least on the Mac. Weird.

Anyone has experience debloat/trimming win10/win11 iso file?

I used to install this win11 x-lite, works well in my low spec 14yo laptop, it has only 2.8GB file size and installed size of 5GB but i can't figured out how he did without crashed the windows.
