Recent years i prefer manhwa.

One is animated on is comic.

I like both, depending on the genre. Manhwa is more realistic, drawing style is also different. And a lot of the good ones, their story lines are more closely related to real lives.

Manga is the usual manga drawing styles that we are so used to. And more into fantasy I feel.

But then it could also because the genres that i pick and choose to read from them.

Manhwa recently. The good quality ones are free and available on Webtoon. Easier to read rather than having to find alternative pirate manga sites bila the one i used to ckose down for manga.

if youre the version of a pent up housewife who reads page turners like gone girl then manhwa will be better. not to mention id rather not suffer korean shit culture, their insane obsession with height is just off-putting.

given, theres a lot of shitty manga out recently with the same "comfy" premise, komi is a good example of something that outlasted its novelty. or pick any of the shounenshit like MHA. regardless, good ones arent rare.

I can only name less than 5 good manhwa on top of my head, others are pornhwa with brainless NTR storylines.
Manga is better, the best Manhwa artist also move to Japan to do manga ie Boichi, Lim Dall-young etc.

For hamsap one, I prefer manhwa.

There's good manga trend and bad manga trend (like isekai). For manga a year or so I suggest the likes of Chainsaw man, monster #8, mieruko-chan. Or you could just take yourself to a wtf trip and go read chi no wadachi (trail of blood). Wanna something like opm? Read Mashle, a harry potter opm.

Dislike isekaishit, shoujo, sports, indeferent to cooking.
Also have to admit that many manhwa webcomic artstyle are realistic and im not really into it...

Some manhwa is good (korean). There is 1 tat really catch my eyes many years ago: Rebirth by kang woo.

Too bad the final 1 or 2 books is not english translated. But its real good yo, ayam like it so much.

Disclaimer: ayam just read 2 or 3 series of korean manhwa only. The rest didnt catch ayam eye when i scroll through their pages.

u have good taste most of the manga from shounen jump + are good ( kaiju#7 and spy x family)

manhwa has colors .. but the spacing and effort to scroll down is too much

manga is more detailed when comes to the art and more panels when describing an action or fight scene...
