Go to the bank and fill the customer request service form.
Request a copy of SPA.
Probably charges range from RM10-RM50.

An SnP is suffice to do a sale transaction. The details of the property are in the SnP.

The purchaser or his lawyer will normally do a private title search to confirm the 'legality' of the photocopied title and its contents.

It is the purchaser's bank that need a copy for loan processing. Request a copy from your borrowing bank or your previous loan or snp lawyer.

Land title will only be released after your loan is fully settled and not before

You never go wrong with my advise.

Check with your agent, if you have one. Is the same answer.
