Land title in bank or lawyer hand ?, Wanna sell a house

Hi guys,
Wanna ask where is the land title when you still owe bank loan. Now house wanna sell wan to take a copy of the land title. Any procedure to do before they give u a copy of title. Please advise Tq |

Go to the bank and fill the customer request service form.
Request a copy of SPA. Probably charges range from RM10-RM50. |
