dint provide enough packaging cushion then blame j&t.
u think write notes means invisible izzit.

rule of thumb for packaging for delivery.
always packed enough cushion to assume it will be handled by airport luggage handler.
if items that r really so fragile, use premium delivery service.

The seller use a box that can fit 20 bottles and fill it (full) with those big size bubble wrap.

That is how you should package fragile items.

It's clear that J&T did not handle the goods properly but 1 thin layer bubble rap with nothing else to protect the goods?? Unless this is personally hand delivered.... there is a very high possibility that the goods will get damaged no matter what courier you use...

Just fill up the empty space with old newspaper. Bubble and air pocket expensive ne. If the cardboard is thin, reinforce it with more tape.
