Jnt jus broke my parcel few time, I avoid using jnt whenever possible. There need to pay their stuff better or hire quality stuff

Case like this usually parcel lost already

Warehouse overloaded. Shutdown the self-collection counter. When I was there, there're another 3 cars who came for the same reason: sick of waiting, came to the hub to self collect.

Wakaka like me last time order supplement.... Message from jnt say can you pls hit the accepted button on shopee. I was like wallaaaaooowe.. Later wait few weeks say parcel lost. Seriously i thought the jnt people stolen my supplement

This is crazy.

Too many people complaining about JNT on their FB wall and JNT's

as far as i remember, it was started due to the workers protest of small commission per item sent
and increase in workload during mco

but so far i see the problem only arise within KV, where as other states jnt seems good so far
those worker really , don't like the employer and having fun with our items
i really hope they just guling and see how they survive
