Company Background :

Subsidary of Haily Group Berhad, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd is primarily involved in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Residential buildings consist of single and multi-dwelling buildings while non-residential buildings consist of commercial, purpose-built and industrial buildings. As a G7 CIDB registered main contractor for residential and non-residential building construction projects, we are responsible for the total project including the external built-environment covering civil works and infrastructure works within the project area, as well as the physical buildings.

Haily Construction was founded by our Mr See Tin Hai, our Executive Director and his wife, Madam Kik Siew Lee. In 2012, Haily Construction become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haily Holdings Sdn Bhd. Pursuant to an internal reorganization exercise, Haily Construction subsequently become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haily Group Berhad on 24 August 2020.

Haily Construction's subsidiary, Haily Machinery Sdn. Bhd., which was formed in August 2011 is principally involved in the rental of construction machinery.
