The exact location is not shown but based on the news' "East side", the location is likely to be the old flats opposite Mutiara Central or the food court (Pusat Penjaja Taman Desa Aman) next to it, both of which have been said by locals to have been approached about redevelopment plans.
The developer has been given development approval but they are appealing for a slightly higher ratio. Their latest application was submitted on 21 May 2021:
