Flashing keyboard Acer Nitro 5 during start up

my nitro behave silly after a force restart... now everytime it start up, the keyboard flashing red zone 1 then zone 1+ 2 the zone 1+2+3 , then whole keyboard before it starting up , previously before this it just light up all at once.. so what went wrong and how to fix it ?
I only got this few weeks back... |

Have you tried updating to the latest firmware via Windows Update? If yes maybe you can contact Acer service centre, though their centre is closed during the lockdown.

tot this is normal? just bought my nitro and it was flashing at the same way during start up
