when there is a public health risk, it is his job

imo he learnt from his prev mistake.. he thought ppl would follow SOP during Sabah elections and wont affect cases.. but that wasn't the case.. if sarawak election and other by-elections go forward once Emergency is lifted.. will it be lke Saabh state elections? so I think that's what he is worried abouf
