Will it be the same?

Similar to Airbnb isn't it?

The worst business to be in during pandemic. You're literally putting all different company employees in cramp space, recipe for covid cluster.

My friend who just finished renovation to start this sort of startup probably considering suicide now because covid hit right when he's about to operate.

for company of around 20 pax felt like having a long term lease with a co-working space is better than getting own premise

i mean yes of course u pay more but u save on admin staff, cleaning and maintenance stuff, free coffee etc. alot of headache u dont need to deal with. better environment also

suddenly close down can stop anytime just give a short notice.

No. Its like property. Some live in flat, condo, terrace, bungalow. When downturn, some people downgrade. Move to smaller house, or cheaper location. Coworking is a solution to downgrade also.

Co-working spaces are very nicely decorated, though. I think that's what their selling point is. We can harp about WFH all we want, but our work space at home will never rival these co-working spaces unless we are willing to invest a lot. sweat.gif
