i need a hdd that is reliable, and have no need for high performance, primary usage of the HDD will be for backup all the data, then store in dustproof container, will only take out to retrieve data if neccessary.
because i need them to backup all my gsuite EDU google drive data, since google now enforce 100tb per school, and domain administrator is contacting me to remove all the data before 2021 July.(i know google deadline is 2022 july, but my school set my deadline on next month.

this budget only can get 4TB and below

i have no intention to buy new as the current HDD market price for HDD has been raised due to Chia Coin, and pretty much everyone is looking for a profit by selling higher price to desperate people that were looking for a profit.

Which is why some smart people decides to profit from selling HDD to desperate miner to profit from, instead of buying HDD for plotting.

in my pov, buying Chia coin directly and keep it until Elon Musk say the magic word is more profitable than spending shitload of money buying HDD, plotting HDD space for that 5~10% availability. Thanks to people that never did their homework buying HDD without realizing that Chia Coin network owner already pre-mined 20 years worth of Chia coin, which is about 90% availability of Chia Coin in Plotting. Which in turns means your odds of gaining a chia coin has been reduce 80~90% to begin with. Why? They're also waiting for Elon Musk to say the magic word.
