The summary of the story I am getting is.. don't pandai-pandai go and voluntarily declare anything. Just diam-diam je, observe SOPs, and self-isolate so you have zero risk of community spread.

Take care of yourself, bro. I agree with you, the public health facilities (PKD, CAC, etc.) are all damned crowded with zero social distancing, I'm also reluctant to show up and risk getting myself infected!
