The new ram is installed in a slot which was left unused for long time? Use the corner of the ram stick (find a spot without any transistor etc) to scrape the ram slot contacts few times.
Then use pencil eraser rub the RAM gold contacts few times so that its all shiny.
Most of the time problem solved by polishing back the oxidised contact shiny shiny.

QUOTE(The.Lucas.DaY @ Jun 11 2021, 09:21 AM) Yes, the unused slot not being used since i bought. You mean rub the new RAM stick? Yup just a quick cleanup of the contacts. Can also clean up the old ram as well.

Have you tried monitoring the temp using HWinfo(32/64) sensors and see if its running hot on the CPU, under normal load n under high load (prime95 stress test)?
If the CPU is running too hot random freezes can occur. Also more prone to freezing (coz overheating) if the lappie is placed on soft surfaces like beds and cushions.
