I am not running away FYI , even if I on msn doesnt mean I am here (I am those who used to run PC 24/7, whether I am here or not) as for the offline message, yes I saw it but sometimes I just waiting for u guys to online to reply you

So , I am hereby apologize for all the buyers whether its previous or current for the delay. I know its my responsibility as a seller and can't always put the blame on my supplier. Since supplier already give me some choice of solution. So, its now depends on you guys on whether to proceed with either :

1) Installment refund, will give you details when I discuss with supplier tomorrow night, according to him , its about RM 800-900 per week

2) Wait for the order, orders will still proceed, but supplier will settle orders 1-by-1, so don't expect all the orders come at once


Currently rushing for June orders to complete
: Junyuen , vhanded, mfharun, cuteassmon orders will be prioritized

Okay, currently I got this list in the refund list :

1) nic_chm (PC bundle)
2) Ah Shawn (3x DDR2 Ram)
3) Ng Kai Long (2x DDR2 Ram)
4) Xtreme_Hightz (PSU / LCD)
5) StratOS (Multiple item)
6) Outside orders

I already sent supplier the total amount to be refunded , and in return, he will updates me how much per week he will refund. Everyone will get theirs equally divided. I will PM all of you once I get confirmation from supplier. Others who wish to have refund please let me know too. I will add in you guys.

The refund will start next week

@meno : its not that I don't want to do a full refund, well you know sometimes money is tight and I heard my supplier's house just got broke in and lost 15k + some other stuff just few weeks ago. So, supplier provide alternative (installment refund) to solve the current overdue refund here.

Hope all of you understands and agree with this as IMHO its one of the better way instead of waiting for full refund.

Ok I will remove the last item on the list, I just want to make it clear that besides the order in here, I still have to settle refund for other parties. And by that you mean you will want a refund too right? The compensation is only for those who want to wait.

I already stated in my previous reply that refund will start NEXT WEEK and the amount will be updated by my supplier soon. I am settling this dispute by the way, if I am not, I wouldnt be replying here? If you mean after I settle all the refund then only means the dispute is settled, then by all means do it

And no, I am not satisfying outside parties first, I will follow precedence by the order date.

There is. Anyway if you think he is lying or whatsoever, let it be. I don't want to explain any further as there's always going to be people who doubting that as it happens to be so coincidentally. Believe it or not, up to you guys, I am offering what I can to improve the situation here.

March05, you got it wrong there, what I meant in the numbering of the name list means nothing. AS I STATED EARLIER, all refund will be divided per week depending on the total amount supplier refund me. And no, I won't give any priorities to anyone who pushed or let's say, friend.

About Hyde case, he ALREADY asked for refund WAY EARLIER than that, which I still have the money to refund. Try to ask cytiling, Confession and a few others in the ram bulk, they asked earlier and I refunded them. And by the time nic_chm and StratOS as well as Xtreme_Highz, I already run out of $ and so is supplier.

I don't care if supplier delay the refund IF I have the money to refund you all, but no, I am still studying and with that I am clearly at fault for this.

Well you have your exam, so am I. If you want to, I'll sms you everyday to let you know but frankly, theres no meaning doing that as all I got to say is "Still no news" , "Processing" . You get my meaning?

Supplier didn't update me although I already asked him everyday, there isn't anything to update and what you want me to tell you? Yea you have been cheated about the time of arrival, so am I. Supplier everytime didn't let me know the exact details and all even I keep asking him and he will simply reply back with same answer.

I will come out with how many individually that you guys can get soon. BTW, is it okay if I pay those smaller amount to settle off first? nic , I need your opinion here, as yours are the largest sum and I think if you agree then I might clear off others and after that , all go to you.

BTW, I won't be updating daily as exam starting on Wednesday and I need to concentrate on that. Nonetheless, I will post updates here ASAP after I got something from supplier. That's all.

Hi there, an update (tomorrow morning exam already )

Start of refund :
17-20 September 2007 (Sorry if I stated this week though as my supplier said its 7-10 days counting on
10 September

Initial Refund Plan (4 times)
RM 1250 x 4 in a 7-10 days (or weekly) basis.
Meaning every 7-10 days , RM1250 will be refunded to the forumer.

5th Refund - ?? Refund
After the initial refund, which is the 5th refund stage,
RM 2000 or MORE will be refunded to the forumer.

Note : Anytime starting from the initial refund, FULL REFUND will be given if supplier manage to recover the lost money. So, keep your finger crossed.

Yes , you might say : "When will the refund be settle like this?". IMHO, this is better than you didnt received anything and get one full refund at the end of waiting. This also can assure some of your parents, or yourself that the money is at least still able to get back. I don't know if I should be saying this but that my opinion. FYI, I myself also have orders quite big sum of stuff and, stucked here at well. Of course, I need to settle all you guys case first before getting my own

And also, for smaller amount <RM100-500, will be settle in one time if its doable. (Especially the ram bulk buyers)

Suppose to meet supplier yesterday but he can't make it , later on will meet him

First 4 week refund list

Ng Kai Long : RM 240 / 260 (Cleared up his refund first)
Ah Shawn : RM 200 ( I will try to make it to RM285 full refund if I can )

So thats it for the first week, as I will be clearing 2 up on the first , then second refund will be divided by 4 ppl

Currently there is no news about how much more supplier will add but AFAIK, this 1-2 weeks should stay at the RM 1250 level, more will be added as soon as some cash flowing in
