Medication. The last medicine i took is brintelix.
The problem of my anxiety is giving me the headache which cannot focus. My eyes see the thing, but cannot process.

2019 i recover, no more headache. Now mco3, it hit me back. Due to depression, then sleeping problem and many things to worry. Really 2021 is suck year.

curious bro did you start of with brintelix or had you were given other medication before that? because most doctors usually starts with ssri antidepressant, then change to other type of medication if it stops working.

btw to answer your question, yes, changing your sleeping habit might work to help with your anxiety at least for me. if you drink coffee and smoke cigarettes it might better that you cut it down or stop altogether.

if that doesn't help, i think you are probably experiencing antidepressant discontinuation syndrome and you probably need to take your medication back.
