I was diagnosed Anxiety disorder since 2017.
Got a severe headache. Brain fog, lightheaded,  tight headache.

The serious problem now is i always feel tired in day time, if i wake up early despite enough sleep.
If i got nothing to do, i can sleep longer. Also causing tired after wake up due to active in brain in bad dream.
Because of that, i suffer memory loss, focussing, learning ability.
If i successfully change my sleeping habits, will my cognitive impairment can be recovered?

May I ask how is your treatment for your anxiety? And r I on support of medication or talk therapy? Because this is severe and worrying.

Medication. The last medicine i took is brintelix.
The problem of my anxiety is giving me the headache which cannot focus. My eyes see the thing, but cannot process.

2019 i recover, no more headache. Now mco3, it hit me back. Due to depression, then sleeping problem and many things to worry. Really 2021 is suck year.

yeh. i suppose the worrying thoughts is getting obsessive and can’t be detached from the mind. and it’s getting intensily overwhelmed your attention and making it difficult for you to process external sensory informations.

yes. i’m glad you had a recovered experienced. but it is very understandable due to this saddening circumstance it retriggers a new loop of worries and anxiety, unwillingly and unintentionally. and that intensity disrupt you sleep even though you are extremely exhausted by it. further chatasotrophizing your circadian rhythm. which is even tragic because it reduces your attention span, memory, focus and immune system.(especially important due to this covid.)

and due to that. your ability to control variable of both internal and external ability factors are reducing and leading to hopeless, because less n less things you are able to, within your control.. spiraling into depression.

i would suggest you to seek medical support immediately and share you health status with a trusted therapist/members of family. i will not ask u to let go of the worry because it’s realistically almost impossible in this stage. but to get temporary medical support, atleast to have some restful sleep between the worrying episodes. and hopefully by the rested sleep regain/recharge some of your attentiveness and refresh your mind.

therefore, restore and sustain some of your basic vital functions without it spiralling into severe depression. example inability to eat, think, sleep, wake or talk.

and find immediate support from others/members or friends to relieve parts of your burden because the burden is way to heavy to be supported by you alone. and your current stage is more vital than your worries now. as, if u are more healthy, only that can sustain you to solve any external issues in the further run.

please i do hope you get rested. i’m so sorry for what you are going through. i wish you would have more relief even temporarily.

*also to add on. your tiredness and sleeping longer and bad dream is understandable. because my experience was similiar. even doing nothing, sleeping all day. similiar to traumatizing events in the brain, your brain in extremely overactive. therefore you need more and more sleep. because the worrying is subconsciously looping over and over the multiple scenarios, by automation. having bad dreams is a signal that the brain is working extremely hard and tiring at the same time exhausted. highly draining and experiencing something traumatizing alike. an example is: being drowning, drowning. Exhaustively drowning…

Initially antidepressant and anti-anxiety as relaxant. As the quickest way for me, advice from my doctors to give relief first.

After I gain back some basic essential functions, work on sustainable major long-term lifestyle healthy changes. Mainly optimising stress reduction on the 3 main core health pillars. Bodily stresses, mental stresses and social financial stresses.

This is the longest and hardest part but totally worth after I look back and very life changing skills to have in life.

Then keep practising on the skills to have more resilience and spatial flexibility in my health and life in general.
