I was diagnosed Anxiety disorder since 2017.
Got a severe headache. Brain fog, lightheaded,  tight headache.

The serious problem now is i always feel tired in day time, if i wake up early despite enough sleep.
If i got nothing to do, i can sleep longer. Also causing tired after wake up due to active in brain in bad dream.
Because of that, i suffer memory loss, focussing, learning ability.
If i successfully change my sleeping habits, will my cognitive impairment can be recovered?

If you are a man, have you ever checked your testosterone?
Might be hormone issue.

Do intermittent fasting with keto diet

Cut sugar,  snacks and all carbohydrate

If got budget , buy probiotic , enzyme and eat bone broth regularly

please exercise and eat vegetable daily

Tldr your guts fuck up after 30-40 years of wear and tear

Bad bad advice.
Keto is stupid.

You need carbs for your brain to work properly, your brain don't fully work properly in keto.
Keto also rapidly accelerates heart attack risk and atherosclerosis since you be eating so much meat/oil.

You should eat a balanced diet of fat, protein and decent amount of carbs. NOT KETO.
The OP instead can try LOWER his carbs abit and stick to low GI carbs to see if it makes a difference.
