Worry it is hangat2 tahi ayam.
Last year we all thought Tomori was going to climb up the ranks with his performance and speed and not forgetting that beautiful goal (was it his debut with Chels in EPL?).

Out of the sudden, thrown into cold storage and totally didn't used him until he left Chels.

Who is going to be our next "big" signing?
Kounde or Tchouaméni (or Rice)

I would prioritise a DM like Tchouaméni ahead of another defender (Kounde) because we need to protect Kante (and Gilmour is out on loan)

Actually got jorginho, kante and kovacic to rotate

Also havertz and mount can be played mid as deep lying playmaker

I think basically we got extra players can cover every position, maybe not exact same level replacement for 1st team players.
The only weakness I can see is our main striker Lukaku is irreplaceable went come to Drogba/Diego Costa style of play.
We really need to pray Lukaku have injuries free season or Tuchel got something else in planning

Don't forget chalobah preferred position is actually DM, perhaps can cover for kante

For Lukaku, sometimes tuchel use strikerless system to provide cover

Like in our previous match when Kante was out, there is only Jorgi and Kova.
Kante is not getting any younger but still putting up such crazy work rate on every match, so fatigue and injury is somewhat expected. He covers almost everywhere, wherever the ball is (with the opponent, he is somewhere in the screen as well)
Kova is probably the closest to fit Kante's job profile and Jorgi is not the type of player who is quick to intercept passes and chase down opponents for last minute tackles.

Yeah, I just heard Chalobah and the DM position. Interesting to see Tuchel testing him out as a DM for one of those smaller cup matches.
