Chelsea wants to get him for rcb/sweeper role and to replace azpi, but cb cant be short especially in epl

overall I would say the transfer window is 9/10.

need striker signed Lukaku
need fourth CM loaned Saul
need one more CB, decide not continue with Kounde. Not like we are seriously lacking cover for that position, It might give more game time for Thiago, Trev and even Reece James also can play there if needed. Another side of FB also can play as LCB so that traditional CB can push to the right.

yes. I believe that depending on first part of the season..we might buy 1 quality CB in the winter transfer if needed and the transfer target is available.

If not, big transfer for CB will happen next season.
