I've tried transfering money from my Maybank but I never receive the TAC despite off-on my phone. I've tried this for weeks. Perhaps changing my phone is the problem? But why i can receive TAC from Hong Leong bank?

Or should I change Access Point Network?

you could have your account cleared..if phone number has changed without your knowledge

Don't think they provide sms tac anymore unless its a niche situation

TAC no longer used by Maybank. Many banks also used SecureTAC but still can fall back to TAC. An example is CIMB. Their SecureTAC sucks and after 30 seconds will fall back to TAC.

Send UPDATE to 66628. I did it whenever i'm in hurry to get the TAC, but my shitty ONEXOX decided not to receive any SMS. Rm0.20 per SMS tho.

Do you have Maybank MAE as well?

For some transactions, there is no TAC where the approval is done at MAE

do u use any 3rd party app example truecaller etc.?
the app might block and mark 5 digit sms number from maybank as spam.

some phone app also might doing that.
example (just example) oppo sms, xiaomi sms, etc.

pls check the spam sms folder.

Did you recently change telco but kept the number? Even if the number is the same you need to inform the bank that you have changed provider.

I have MAE app, but Secure2u nids TAC. Not sure if youre saying that I can transfer frm M2U to MAE then transfer out?
