too bad they locked the refurbished set in that plastic container, ifnot can take a pen torchlight/camera and check whether it has the extra heatsink or not.

if the set is MS official refurbished set, still can consider. MS has been sending back refurbished/reassembled sets (with epoxy and extra heatsink) to their US/SGP customers for RMA process.

if anyone is going to the cheras/setapak branch to shop for it, remember to check the manufacturing date on the box. i think if the item is so new, their employees might not have much info on the item or RMA process.

Aug 2006!? so no chance of getting the extra heatsink or epoxy. was this batch sitting in the courts mammoth SGP warehouse for over a year?
