Hi Maxis and everyone ,

my wife is on supplementary line under my account . The issue on maxis apps shows her remaining data 1Gb (free 1 gb data) . Earlier today she had purchased 10Gb and become 400mb by afternoon and now running 1Gb free .

may i know if anyone encounter this issue since i check her data usage on Samsung phone its 5Gb only from 1 June until today.

Her phone is only for facebook, instagram,shopeer and not netflix . Even her phone is not used as terthering

hope anyone who encounter this issue , can share since we dont find any suspicious activity or apps of her phone that causing high data usage. As mention purchased 10Gb today , it become 400mb and now its 1Gb

If not mistaken the 1GB free will always run first ....
Are you using prepaid or postpaid?
Is good to check for sync using mobile like Google Photos or iCloud backup...

Try check see background is there any app or auto backup used up the data
