Same thing happened to me. Using iOS. Deleted and reinstalled. Now can open but my appointment for tomorrow now is missing, back to assessment.

Can try opening the app without wifi/mobile data? I've had mysejahtera froze on me before then I open it without internet suddenly can. Idk maybe worth a try?
