Hello all can you guys suggest me good monitor for watching some movies and a bit of gaming. My budget around Rm500-600 prefer flat 24inch 75hz ips/tn panel. Which brand & model that have least problem or don't have problem at all like flickering issue burn mark dead pixel etc...if you could give me some shopee or lazada link that could be more helpful. Thank you in advance icon_question.gif biggrin.gif

My office use budget monitor from many brands; Dell, HP, Samsung, Philips. All of them are good. I think it's up to your personal preference.

can consider this: https://shopee.com.my/Acer-Nitro-VG240Y-Gam...8870.7841619890

personally i prefer IPS panel, better viewing angle. they have 3 year warranty as well so dont have to worry so much thumbup.gif

For RM600 top up sikit can get 144hz IPS panels, but up to usage TS, because below 600 at most is 75hz monitor. for rm100 more you can get a far superior spec

If I’m not mistaken it is quite impossible to get IPS 144hz at rm600, I think last time (few weeks/months) no problem, but now all monitor is like increase price +rm100...

For instance, 3-4 weeks ago I bought a 75hz IPS monitor at 460+, now I check the price at shopee, the exact same model is priced at rm550 which is kinda ridiculous to me...

Then I look back at those 144hz that I was eyeing at few weeks ago (previously they were 600+, now all are 700+)...I could be wrong though but from what I see looks like all monitor price got increased by rm100 again

Yeah last time I bought my acer XV240YP for RM699, now going for RM799, cheapest RM749, but nevertheless still huge upgrade from 60 or 75hz if TS got the budget
