Hi,

Currently i over come a property at wangsa maju and it is a apartment selling at RM92,000 and seek advice from you guy if this is a worth place for investment? hmm.gif

I plan to buy this apartment purely for investment..... unsure.gif

I understand that the currently rental at that area is RM650 to RM700....

If i make a downpayment 20%, means i have to loan on RM72,000

After calculation..... monthly installment is RM527 and i need to pay maintenance for RM70/month

After deduction.... I have nett of RM50-RM100 extra every month...

Do you guys that that this is a worthy investment?? smile.gif

I'm currently a KTAR student, PM me which apartment you're talking about..
I have gathered a group of friends to get ready to move, so if we're able to make a deal, then you'll be sure of full occupancy (minimum 8 tenants).. smile.gif

You guys didn't notice that the post is made in year 2007....?! shocking.gif

Anyway, since 2007 situation is different from now (especially with many developments in Setapak area and also the prices of properties is different); topic closed.
One may open another topic which is more relevant to current developments.
