I follow this tered since day 1, it seem netflix is 100x better. Im gonna wait until they release other package. They underestimate malaysian cannot pay premium package like netflix isit?

This is a question I’ve been asking as well. Why share profits when can go direct.

Unless :
1. They feel our market requires some STAR channels.
2. Infrastructure investment?
3. Country barriers. (Should not be since Netflix can come in)
3. Business politics

Symptom of our country. No competitive advantage and cant compete globally.

Thats why nowadays content is king (not infrastructure or worse distribution service as this is so easily copyable). Why amazon prime, netflix all wanna acquire content companies. Only thing astro can do is provide local content but market is so small. Hence India can still do because of bollywood industry and China will be same as well. Not sure how big is other ASEAN markets.

Anyway i already discon astro since Feb. Ask me to give back the box tapi never come and collect. Save 1800 every year. was waiting for disney+ only and hopefully come with the Fox Sports but looks like have to wait a bit longer.

the smart TV app support here in Malaysia is still a bit lackluster but i guess let's give them sometime, i'm sure they'll improve it once their clientele increases.

So maybe the lg tv issue is because of cloudflare kl colo routed to hkg and thats why unifi users using lg tv cant access loki and other series. Movies is ok. Im gona try the workaround.

Found a workaround.
1. access via Adroid App/Web
2. Add the episode to the watchlist. Must be episode, not the show
3. Continue watching on TV via watchlist

I notice the LG logo there...mind checking which webOS version of the TV? Even if it is listed on the LG App Store, maybe it is not meant for Malaysia but other countries.

Maybe you need to check with Disney+Hotstar support on FB, Twitter, or e-mail to get this issue recognized and resolved officially.

App is available on LG TV malaysia store already. But series still got problem
