Any idea how to watch on Samsung TV via Android phone?, currently do not have Chromecast. Disney+ Hotstar app still not preloaded sadly

kinda regret not opting for Sony TV now, Samsung Tizen tarak Disney+.
Btw tried streaming on Oneplus Nord and I gotta say, the quality looks pretty poor. Even after 3-4mins the pic does not get that sharp and noticed pixelation/juddering during motion.
